About
Antonia Mueller, LPC

For over two decades, I have worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), supporting individuals, couples, and families through a wide range of life experiences and relational dynamics. I earned both my Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Psychology and my Master of Arts in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in existential psychology, with a focus on exploring themes such as meaning, isolation, freedom, and the anxiety surrounding death. I have extensive experience helping clients navigate resistance and fears around intimacy, as well as issues related to conflict resolution, emotional process work, and sexual desire and satisfaction.
I am trained in experiential therapies and adaptive processing techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), guided meditation, and dream analysis. In my work with families, I draw on systems theory to explore relational roles, interactional patterns, power dynamics, and communication styles—helping to foster greater connection, understanding, and resilience.
